Please note: The return & refund policy on our website only applies to buyers who purchased products directly on Vicllax.com, not on third-party platforms such as Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, etc.
Returns
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us promptly via email at support@vicllax.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We are committed to addressing your concerns and offer the following options:
1. Replacement for Quality Issues:
For products with confirmed quality problems, we will provide a free return label. Kindly contact us and include photos or relevant evidence for our assessment.
2. Refund for Non-Quality Issues:
If the return is initiated for reasons other than quality concerns, the return shipping cost becomes the responsibility of the buyer (e.g., dislike, color not as expected, changed mind, etc.).
While we cover the shipping costs for the outbound delivery, a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
3. Custom-Made Products:
Returns or refunds are not supported for custom-made or size-specific products unless there is a confirmed quality issue. We encourage customers to double-check all custom specifications before placing an order. If you believe your custom order has a defect, please contact us with clear photos and we’ll assess and assist accordingly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If you’ve been notified that your refund is approved but haven’t received it within the expected timeframe, please contact us via email or phone for assistance.
