Returns:

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us promptly via email at support@vicllax.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We are committed to addressing your concerns and offer the following options:

1. Replacement for Quality Issues:

  • For products with quality problems, we will provide a free return label. Kindly contact us at support@vicllax.com and include photos or evidence for our assessment.

2. Refund for Non-Quality Issues:

  • If the return is initiated for reasons other than quality concerns, the return fee becomes the responsibility of the buyer. While we cover the shipping costs for the outbound delivery, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. This fee, equivalent to 15% of the product's value, becomes the customer's responsibility if the product is no longer in brand-new condition (e.g., used, installed, disassembled after installation, missing accessories, non-original packaging, etc.).

Tips: Returns or replacements are not supported for customized products unless there is a quality issue.

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email of its approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 days. If you have been notified of a refund but have not seen the funds on your initial form of payment within 5-7 business days, please contact us via email or phone.

We kindly request that you do not send back products without contacting us in advance. This allows us to guide you through the return process and ensures a seamless experience for both parties.

Warm Reminder:

To facilitate returns, we recommend retaining your original shipping box. If you no longer have the original package, please inform us when submitting a Return Notification in the Customer Service Center.
