We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. If you don’t love your furniture, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will gladly accept back any of our products as long as it’s in new condition. We cannot accept furniture returns that are not in new condition, so please be mindful of this before you start living on your VICLLAX furniture.

Returns

Even if we are so meticulous and careful to supervise the birth of each product, we still can't be 100% sure that you are very satisfied with our products. We are still updating and are happy to solve any problems we can solve. As such, we will accept return requests for undamaged and unaltered products within 30 days of your delivery date. Please reach out to us at support@vicllax.com if you’d like to initiate a return.

All products should be packaged in their original packaging. If you receive the damaged products the return fee will be on us, please also offer us photos to check, if there is no quality or damaged problem during the shipment, the return fee will be on the customer. Depending on the condition of your items, your refund may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

We are not able to refund shipping costs to Hawaii and Alaska at this time in the event a return occurs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 days. If you’ve been notified that your product is being refunded, and have not seen the funds on your initial form of payment within 5-7 business days, please reach out to us at support@vicllax.com.

Damages

We stand behind our products, and should you experience anything that might be regarded as damage or manufacturing defects, we’ll make it right. Within 30 days of receiving the product, please contact us with photos and a description of the problem and we’ll work to get it resolved as quickly as possible. If we are unable to repair the product, we will arrange a refund or exchange.
