Fast and Free Delivery

After your payment is verified, it may take up to 2 working days to handle and ship out the item to FedEx. All products will be shipped from our warehouse located in California or New Jersey.

The price also includes customs duties.

Free shipping on most products in the Continental United States, currently we can not ship to the Virgin Islands, Hawaii, and Alaska. 

Normally, the delivery date will be within 3~8 working days but our delivery partners may be suffering from service delays due to COVID-19. Also, please note that when situations happen like official holidays, extreme weather, inventory shortage,s and other uncontrollable factors that cause delivery delays, your patience and understanding for such instances will be highly appreciated.

Multiple Shipments

Sometimes you may find that your order is delivered in several packages. It is out for a number of reasons:

Usually, we pack 2 chairs in one box, or a single table in a single box, which can minimize the oversize and overweight of the box, facilitate handling, and reduce transportation costs. If you purchased a furniture set, you will receive multiple packages.

VICLLAX has multiple warehouse locations located in CA and NJ, and our separate packaging gives our shipping partners the flexibility to pick up and deliver your order.

Shipping Address Modification

Because VICLLAX aims to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, once the order is shipped, we cannot change the shipping address or other details on your order. So please be sure to check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. If you want to modify it, please contact us in time, so as not to bring you unnecessary trouble.

Order Cancellation

We will issue a full refund if the product has not yet started to ship.

If the product is in the progress of delivery, it cannot be canceled. Shipping costs for returned products will be deducted from your refund. If you refuse delivery of an order, VICLLAX reserves the right of deducting the cost of shipping from your refund.

Backordered Items

In the event an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, VICLLAX will ship the items available and ship the out-of-stock item(s) as soon as they become available via an expedited method at no cost to you.

Missing or lost packages

In case you receive delivery notification of the shipment(s) via your email without finding or receiving the order(s), please try:

Looking around the shipping address (if you live at a residence)
Checking again with the receptionist at the reception area (if you live in an apartment)

VICLLAX reserves the right to deny assistance or responsibility for all the lost claims, which are reported to us after 30 days from the delivery date, or because the customer provides an incorrect/incomplete shipping address.

Some carriers’ delivery notifications can be shot out 24 hours before their actual arrival. If you still can’t find your package(s), please report the case immediately to us. So that the VICLLAX team can assist you in filing the claim and sending you a new package(s) replacement.
