Warranty Exclusions:

This warranty is not applicable for second-hand products, including those purchased from bid or auction sites.
This warranty does not cover products sold by unauthorized sellers. Authorized sales channels include vicllax.com, Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, and Temu.
Customer misuse or accidental damage is not covered by this warranty.
