We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. If you don’t love your furniture, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will gladly accept back any of our products as long as it’s in new condition. We cannot accept furniture returns that are not in new condition, so please be mindful of this before you start living on your VICLLAX furniture.

Tips:Returns or replacements are not supported for customized products unless there is a quality issue.

Return
Depending on the return situation, you may have to bear the following costs:
1) If the product has any quality problems, we will provide a free return label, please reach out to us at support@vicllax.com and photos or clues for the check.
2) If the product has no quality problems, the return fee will be borne by the buyer himself. We bear the shipping costs for sending it out. But you need to pay an additional 15% restocking fee which is equivalent to 15% of the value of the product will be the responsibility of the customer in cases the product is no longer brand new that the value of the product decreases, because the product may have been
used
installed
disassembled after installation
some accessories are missing
non-original packaging
etc.

We are not able to refund shipping costs to Hawaii and Alaska at this time in the event a return occurs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 days. If you’ve been notified that your product is being refunded, and have not seen the funds on your initial form of payment within 5-7 business days, please reach out to us via email or phone.

Warm Reminder

VICLLAX Team recommends keeping your original shipping box in case you need to return your order. However, if you no longer have your original package, please tell us when you claim a Return Notification in Customer Service Center.
